Welcome to the Baptist Student Union at Mississippi State Here at the online home of the Mississippi State BSU we are working hard to keep you informed of all the different ways you can stay active and involved with us. We keep this site as updated as possible to keep bringing you the most up to date information ranging from what mission trips are available, how to find local churches, how best you can jump in and serve, and music from the BSU's own band Drawn Together Band all the way to a podcast with recent priority and noonday messages as well as information about the speakers and topics for upcoming ones. We are constantly working to bring you the most up to date announcements, video announcements, and podcasts on the site. We (the Tech Team) want this portion of our ministry to you to help connect you and get you more involved with the Baptist Student Union as much as possible. Check out the BSU's BASIC Training Rest assured that there are no forced marches at BSU BASIC Training. But similar to military BASIC, the BSU's BASIC Training gives you an insight to what kind of organization the BSU is, an opportunity to meet people who believe the same things you do, and to get plugged into a group that genuinely cares about you and helping you progress through your journey. BASIC is really whatever you want to make of it. It could even be one of the best experiences you have your first year at State!
