Preparations are underway and registration is open for this year's BASIC Training which will be held Friday and Saturday, August 17-18. This event, intended for incoming freshmen and transfer students, is designed to introduce students to the BSU, Mississippi State's campus, and churches in the Starkville area. The theme of this year's event is INTERRUPTION, specifically how Christ interupts our lives. During BASIC Training, participants will visit several local churches, be placed into small groups with other new students, and give back to the community through service opportunities.
